Definition of fast food


Not all peoples in Malaysia know about the true meaning about fast food. As our all information, fast food is the foods that are easily to get, to eat and to take away. There are a lot of branches of fast food the entire world including Malaysia. They are called as fast food because of decency to get the foods.



Types of Fast Food


Fast food refers to any poor nutrition food that is easily prepared. Fast food may include chips, hot pies, pasties, sandwiches, burgers, croissants, kebabs, pizzas, chicken, soups, and salads. It also includes drinks, for instance, milkshakes, and soft drinks. There are many examples that are we most people know for example soft drinks, frozen French-fries and the most favourite meal in Malaysia that was burgers.


There is a little bit information about burgers. As we know, burgers are made-up of a piece of bread with a slice of meat, tomato, eggs, burgers and hot dogs. Human are free to make a choice about what are the taste they wants to eat. Each brand of burger has their own cooking instructions like pan in a little oil, microwave out of the package or made another types of foods. All burgers are easily too prepared and they made from soy protein and these burgers look more like hamburgers. They are very delicious when we are eating at the free time.


Other type of fast food is soft drink. Soft drinks are referring to carbonated, sweetened beverages or also know as soda or soda pop, Pepsi, Madura, coca-cola are the just a few example of soft drinks. Almost all soft drink contain a lot of sugar and few of minerals. I have some information that proves that soft drink is danger to our life. Reporting from the research in the lancet, a British medical journal, a team of Harvard researchers presented the first evidence linking soft drink consumption to childhood obesity. They found that 12-year-olds who drank soft drinks regularly were more likely to be overweight than those who didn't. For each additional daily serving of sugar-sweetened soft drink consumed during the nearly two-year study, the risk of obesity increased 1.6 times. That shown that my facts about the dangerous of fast food are proven is true.


Advantages and disadvantages of fast food


The most evident and effective advantage of fast food is that it saved times. In today’s fast-paced life, there is nothing better than getting ready meals. For example, we as a student don’t have an enough time to prepare some food that can fill with food. It can be looked that no matter how much the benefits of fresh food, at the end of hard working day or study, when all are going home with their face that show they are very tired, a pizza or a burger can be godsend. Beside that the time an individual has to spend in the kitchen also can be reduce when they have a lot of type fast food. It also can be enjoy when have a free time and easy to get. All the benefits can make our life style can be more easy.


The greatest disadvantages of fast food are the adverse effect that it has on one’s health. It is a fact food more unhealthy than home-cooked meals, as they contain higher amount of salt, fats and calories. The fast food also harmful to our health if we are taken it’s usually. For example the effect of taking fast food is the person is exposing to have diseases like heart diseases, obesity and high blood pressure. As your information, there is not only adult can suffer this disease but it also can be happen to teenagers and also children. Fast foods joints are also being seen as a factor that is making a number of families spends less and less time together. Family meal time is something that is considered as an opportunity for all the members to come together and share their experiences. However, the fast food centres are quickly eating into this quality time. This is especially true about youngsters for whom a fast food centre is a good place to hang out with friends and peers. The price of this food also more expensive than the food sold at the stall which is more delicious, marvellous and more healthy.


For the conclusion the fast foods have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Information Influenza A H1N1

Spread of influenza virus A (H1N1) or better known as swine flu since May 2009 last month, has caused anxiety and fear among the people. Appear daily in the chest, chest press and television about this dangerous outbreak.
